Here is something from EXOBOX A lot of investors are not aware of. Just this alone could make the PPS go sky high. This is part of the SUEZ technology that EXOBOX owns and has the patent to.

Houston Security Software Maker Seeks Funding, Possible Patent Infringement Fight

HOUSTON -- Jacob Cukjati, a professional accountant and turnaround expert, has taken control of Exobox Technologies Corp. (OTCBB: EXBX) after being named the chief executive by outgoing Chairman Michael Studdard, according to an SEC filing.
The Houston-based security software maker reported that the management change came after a five-month discussion about the future of the company by a group of shareholders. Besides Studdard, CFO Michael Wirtz stepped down.
Cukjati, who previously was a consultant to a former Exobox CEO, had successfully revived a bankrupt company and sold it to a publicly held company in 1997. He also has counseled businesses in financial distress.
Exobox said it has retained the services of Chief Technology Officer Mark Kerzner and hired founder Scott Copeland and several past employees as consultants at little or no cost in its bid to further develop the company.
The company also is in talks to pursue additional funding, besides considering ways to fight possible infringements on its patents.
Last month, Exobox planned to license its technology to an entity led by former CEO Richard Kampa. The potential deal, expected to generate revenue of more than $1 million in cash and cancellation of secured debt, was to close Oct. 15.
