Acquisition to Expand Myriad's Technology Portfolio With Innovative, Rewards-Driven Mobile Social Media Technologies


TORONTO--(Marketwired - Jul 31, 2013) - Myriad Interactive Media, Inc. (OTCQB: MYRY) (XNG.BE), a global interactive media & development company, today announced the completion of its acquisition of a social media points application from Dallas based Brazo Technologies, LLC. MyMobiPoints™, Brazo's innovative iPhone application, is expected to enhance Myriad's MingleSuite™ social media technology with a slate of features for mobile device users.

"Once integrated with our MingleSuite platform, the acquisition of MyMobiPoints will enable users to earn points by sharing content with their social networks," said Derek Ivany, Myriad's CEO. MyMobiPoints includes a customizable mobile store, mobile website and other unique features that are completely controlled by an innovative back-end dashboard. Clients are able to configure everything from products, services, point value, e-commerce pricing, and more, while tracking every user action. Prior to points being earned, the client is able to review and approve or deny any user-submitted content, thereby protecting the client from fraudulent points. Points may be earned by sharing or promoting clients' content in a variety of ways, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Foursquare and by playing the SpinWheel game.

Myriad's technical team has been working with the company's new German partners on the expansion of its MingleSuite(TM) and MyMobiPoint(TM) social media technologies.
