Callaway Golf guides higher for FY02 (ELY) 11.70 -0.37: Co expects net sales for the full year to be approximately $790 million, and earnings for the full year to be between $0.96 and $1.00 per share -- Multex consensus estimates are $0.90 per share and $757.1 million respectively.

American Natl Fncl to be acquired by FNF (ANFI) 13.41 +0.14: Each share of ANFI common stock will be exchanged for .4540 shares of FNF common stock. Based on the closing price of $32.86 for FNF's common stock on December 16, the implied per share consideration for each share of ANFI common stock is $14.92, an 11 percent premium over the ANFI closing price of $13.41 on December 16.
