Digitas updates Q4 guidance (DTAS) 3.42 +0.37: Now anticipates Q4 fee revenue for the fourth quarter of $50 million-$52 million, as compared with $48 million-$50 million in fee revenue forecasted in the company's earnings announcement for the third quarter; also expects pro forma cash earnings of $0.05--$0.07 per share for the fourth quarter of 2002 "compared to $0.03--$0.05 as previously announced."

Pegasus Solutions updates full year guidance (PEGS) 10.03 -0.12: Co expects modest full year growth with revenue ranging from $175 million to $185 million and cash earnings ranging from $0.55 to $0.62 per diluted share -- Multex consensus estimates are $0.53 per share and $175.9 billion respectively.

Xilinx says Dec qtr revs to be up 1-3% sequentially (XLNX) 21.48 +0.90: Announces that their Dec qtr revenues are expected to be up 1-3% sequentially (about $280.6-$286.2 mln) vs previous guidance range of $278-$285 mln. Expects North American and European revenues to be flattish sequentially, and Japan and Asia revenues to be up sequentially; expects days sales outstanding and days of inventory at both distributors and XLNX to trend lower sequentially.
