Rambus CFO Eulau plans to resign as of March 2
Rambus Inc. (RMBS) said after Tuesday's closing bell that Chief Financial Officer Robert Eulau will resign as of March 2 to pursue another opportunity. The Los Altos, Calif.-based company, which licenses its memory-chip technology to electronics makers, said Chief Executive Harold Hughes will serve as interim CFO until it finds a successor. The search will begin immediately, said Rambus.
