you: I have a friend in Sydney Aust who is unable to access the dealing desk and your web site. Is there any problem as I note comments from other fxcm tradrs saying the same thing on the moneytec forum
FXCM+: well actually there is a hub or router that is down at the moment
FXCM+: in miami and as a result
FXCM+: some traders have not been able to connect
you: when will it be fixed?
FXCM+: unfortunately it is something that FXCM does not control
FXCM+: but if you have open position you can manage them from the dealing desk
FXCM+: by using the phone
you: who does?
you: who is responsible for the router?
FXCM+: well it is actully a internet line that many dsl providers use
FXCM+: so we have tried to see what we can do but at the moment
