Nur zum Beobachten: Wenn demnächst monetary policy nichts mehr bringt, dann werden Staaten mehr Schulden machen müssen ("fiscal policy"), um mit eigenen Aufträgen verstärkt Geld (auf Pump) in die Wirtschaft zu pumpen. Dann sollten Infrastrukturprojekte in Mode kommen, oder?
"Relativ kurzfristig" sollte im daily aber noch eine längere Bewegung runter kommen.

Die US-Wahl war am Dienstag, den 8.11.16. Das Low beim S&P 500 sowie diesem US-Infrastrukturaktien-ETF war aber davor, etwa am Donnerstag, den 04.11.16. Erstaunlich! Evtl. sagten sich die Leute, dass beide Präsidentschaftskandidaten mittels fiscal policy Wachstum auf Pump generieren wollen würden, weil diese verfeindeten Seiten der Gesellschaft nur mit einem Gebirge an (aus dem Nichts geschaffenem) Geld und damit einem Strohfeuer an Wachstum für alle Gesellschaftsschichten zueinander werden finden können. Bis irgendwann dann doch die Rechnung kommt und dann wirklich alles auseinanderfliegt....

Die Verläufe vom S&P 500 sowie diesem US-Infrastrukturaktien-ETF sind einander prinzipiell ähnlich, was

zum einen bedeutet, dass man auch gleich in den viel einfacher handelbaren S&P 500 reingehen kann,
zum anderen bedeutet, dass Aktivitäten im Infrastrukturbereich tatsächlich der ganzen Wirtschaft zu Gute kommen. Der mutmaßlich zukünftig massiv ausgebaute Ansatz ist zweckmäßig, nämlich über die fiscal policy des Staates (mittels Schuldenaufnahme des Staates von aus dem Nichts geschaffenem Geld der jeweiligen Zentralbank) in Infrastrukturprojekte reinzugehen. Ob diese fiscal policy auch "richtig" ist, darüber kann man lange streiten, was aber niemanden interessiert. Interessant ist nur Eines: Es muss immer mehr Geld in die Wirtschaft gelangen, um ein wenig Wachstum zu erzeugen! Und wenn das mit monetary policy (Zinssenkungen) nicht wirklich klappt, dann kann man es ja mit fiscal policy versuchen (staatsschuldenfinanzierte Infrastrukturprojekte). Das geht so lange gut, bis die erkennbar allmählich ansteigenden Zinsen dem Spiel ein Ende bereiten. Die Nummer ist also nur eine offensichtlich sehr temporäre Leuchtrakete....was charttechnisch bedeuten könnte (!), dass dieser anstehende künstliche Boost im vielmonatigen Chart nur noch für ein ending triangle-Muster hin zum finalen Top ausreichen könnte (meine Spekulation/Sorge).

Principal Investment Strategies

Wenn also - siehe Überlegungen aus dem Posting oben - staatsschuldenfinanzierte Infrastrukturprojekte insbesondere in den USA kommen werden - und diese tatsächlich die Breite der Wirtschaft befördern, dann kann man auch gleich auf die "schnellsten" Firmen im Bereich solcher Infrastrukturmaßnahmen schauen - auf die Small Caps. Und in der Tat....
